1. Services

We provide eco-minded dry cleaning, laundry, linen care, and related finishing, plus optional doorstep collection and return within our coverage area. Service details, turnaround estimates, and coverage may vary; we will confirm specifics when you book.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are quoted at drop-off, pickup, or on request. Payment is due as agreed at the studio or on delivery. We may refuse items that are unsuitable for cleaning, heavily damaged, or contaminated in a way that poses a health or safety risk.

3. Care of garments

We take reasonable care when cleaning and finishing. Please tell us about stains, previous repairs, and special instructions. Some marks may not be fully removable. Pre-existing wear, colour loss, or manufacturing faults may become more visible after cleaning; we are not liable for such pre-existing conditions when we have used reasonable skill and care.

4. Pickup and delivery

Collection and return times are estimates. You are responsible for making items available at the agreed place and for checking returned garments promptly. Notify us of any concern within a reasonable time after return so we can investigate.

5. Website

Content on this site is for general information. We may update pages without notice. Enquiry forms on this site are for messages only and do not create a binding booking until we confirm.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
